it is probably dehydrated so the urea is more concentrated as there is not enough liquid in your dogs system. try giving him more water but if this is a commen accurence i would call the vet.

yellow to orange urine indicates dehydration, get a larger water bowl. also dogs who dont walk often will hold back when urinating for scenting, so 3 times a day a min 15 20 minutes.
