That goes through the engine ECM, and you'll need to have it diagnosed that way.
Short to high voltage undocumented fault :
Never worked on the Century Class, but I am familiar with the similar Columbia... there should be a panel on the passenger side which can be popped out with a flat screwdriver.. that should expose the fuse panel. There might also be a panel by the driver's side door, just behind the seat, on the wall.

Depends on what your transmission is. If it's a manual, it may simply not be broken in quite yet, and you should double clutch, rather than float. It could also be possible that you're hitting the gears wrong.
Depends on the exact model. Freightliner Business Class trucks range from Class 5 to Class 8. Class 7 and 8 require a CDL. Classes 5 and 6 only require one if they're either transporting hazardous materials in a quantity requiring placards or if they're buses designed to transport more than 15 persons (including the driver).
Century Class is the model name...there are Century Class and Century Class ST (which is newer) tractors. You may be thinking of the manufacturer's designation of C120 (vs. CL120 for the Columbia), as well.
You're talking about a truck classification exclusive to the US... of Class 8 truck manufacturers in the US, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner still manufacture cabovers... just not for the US market, although Freightliner does appear to be reintroducing the Argosy to the Canadian and Mexican markets.
