You spend such a significant time with weight on your arms and many people tend to use their right hand to grab their water bottle. ∙ 8y agosimple. loss of blood flow into any area of your body has the same effect. the best way to take care of your hands on the bicycle is to change your hand position regularly. I can ride all day without gloves and have no problem at all.
