I'm going to assume you are female, for most of us have this problem. It is due to our metabolism, mentrual cycles and emotions. These things make it harder for women to lose weight, or at least, lose weight where we want to lose weight. You could try crunches for your stomach and lunges/squats for your behind. That really will make a difference. And ofcourse you have to eat right as well.

Because fat is often stored on your tummy. Personnally, I am a 14 year old boy that eats quite a lot and doesn't do much exercise. The excess energy is turned into fat and is mainly stored on my tummy, but also my buttocks, thighs and hips. So, the reason my tummy (as well as my butt and thighs) is big and wobbles when I walk, is because of fat
