Why isn't mtv.com working for me. it worked yesterday. but today it shows a black screen and loading. its really annoying. i use internet explorer. my computer is new and i have java and adobereader9?

I am having the same problem and so far I do not know how to fix it I got java and adobereader 9 as well and it's not working.
HEY! good news. i can see it again. like i researched it and all you have to do is download macromedia. go on MTV site FAQ. and you'll find it! good luck!

I believe you might have the wrong program in mind - Internet Explorer does not have a Folders option. However - * Windows* Explorer does. Windows Explorer is the program that opens when you want to browse files on your own computer (i.e. My Computer, My Documents, etc.). If you go to My Computer (which opens Windows Explorer), you should be able to go to Tools -> Folder Options.
