the fishes has to use kidneys because most fish are ectothermic which means that they are cold blodded so if they dont have kidneys then how are they going to have babys and swim. this is why fish use kidney but i you dont trust me then go to Google then go to images and type in your question or so then they will show you fishes with no kidney and where do they put them and everything.
