Why it is important to meet quality standards and deadlines?
It's a Catch 22 question. If you are energized by working with people, you can't work by yourself. If completing a task is more important, you may not be a team player. I personally would cover both. Something like, While I enjoy working with people to get a job done, if needed, I can function on my own to do it.

AsI understand your questions, you are paid for completing an assigned task or job. And when it is completed, you are then given another task (or job) to complete and at the same or different rate of pay, based on what you accpeted when you took on the task. To find out what will need to be done to complete a task, first look at the end goal. From there, work on analyzing what is needed for each step and how much labor might be needed. From there, acquire the appropriate labor and supplies to begin completing the task.
