The spark plug wiring diagram for a 1994 Chevy Cavalier can be found in a service manual. The manual might be available at your library, or can be bought from most any auto parts store.
Check for vacuum leak or faulty EGR valve.
If your talking about you indicator flasher relay I've got a suggestion. I just changed one on a 1999 Cavalier. It was located underneith the drivers side of the dash. It is a little square black relay that might be clipped on up underneith or it my not. It is right out in the open, but you might need a flashlight to get a good look at it. Like I said, this was on a 1999 Cavalier not a 1992 Cavalier. But if there anything alike........... So hopefully this works out for you. If not...... well....... I tried.
there are four nuts located on the hinges disconnect the wiring harness from the door....and remove those nuts. you might need some help with this.
there is no fuel shut off for your cavalier but if you look in the fuse panel inside your car or under the hood you might find a relay or a fuse marked fuel pump and that should shut it off
The thermal relay may be bad.
I read that the 96 cavalier is a non interference engine. Best bet is to call a Chevy dealer or autozone might know. Toyota corollas are non interferance engines. Fords with a sohc 2.0 engine are non interferance. Hondas are interference so are Mitsubishi engines, I learned this the hard way.
it might need a new bulb - they often blink when they are about to die.
Check the shocks and the suspension components. You might have a bad bushing on the sway bar, shock or elsewhere. The 1997 Chevy Cavalier has struts instead of shocks in the rear-end, so you would need to replace those. Also while replacing the struts you might want to consider alingment for both the rear and front because if the car has been making this sound for a long period of time it will be out of aline. My cavalier had the same problem, but both struts were bad.
There might be a break in the wiring.
Rumors are that they might reunite for the Warped Tour in 09.

It depends on the Anime. Some characters blink while others do not. It could be due to the animation style of the company. It also might be too hard to remember when they should blink in order for it to look natural.
The most common cause for no power to a fuel pump is a broken wire. A wire might be broken or the ground wire might be corroded.
trac sensor might be bad that was my prob on same year cavalier i had same problem, had a diagnostic test run, came back saying i needed new TPS just got that fixed, now it seems ok
You will need a one inch socket and ratchet. You also might need a mallet. The socket and ratchet will be needed to remove the lower control arm nuts. The mallet might be needed to loosen the control arm.
It relays on the fuse by the door if your turn signal not working then that may be the problem or you might have to get a dimmer switch. You can get one a o;reillys or auto zone for a cheap price.
