Have you tried the dimmer switch? It is usually located next to the headlights switch. On pull out headlight switches, rotating the switch itself clockwise or counter clockwise is the dimmer switch and interior light switch.
If parking lights and dash lights are not working and fuse blows out, there might be a problem with battery corrosion. Check the components specific to the circuits of the affected lights. It might be loose.
Headlight switch (IT) controls the dash lights ALSO.Some have a fuseable link..ASSUMEING all the bulbs are g00d..
Might be a weak battery
It does have both tail lights as well as dash lights
Are you talking about ALL the lights, or just the dash lights? If it is just the dash lights, you might have a bad ground for the dash electronics, or bad connection at the Dash Dimmer control. But if you are talking about headlights, too, check the gound wires on the battery... perhaps wiggle them around until the lights flash. The brake light switch should not do this. It only controls the back lights. if its only the dash lights lighting up when you hit the brake, check the brake bulbs and make sure that they are the correct bulbs. (dual filament) and that the base of the bulbs contacts arent touching
Check your fuse for tail lights. I think the dash and tail lights are on the same fuse so you know when your tail lights don't work. Might have a short or an open in that circuit.
where are the dash bolts located to replace burnt dash lights
dash lights looks like an engine

Probably the dash fuse is blown, or the dimmer switch for the dash lights is bad!

Yes, your tail lights will go out when your dash board lights go out.
