Electric brooms are primarily for small areas and clean up jobs as compared to vacuum cleaners that can accommodate larger areas and bigger debris particles. In addition, electric brooms differ from vacuum cleaners because they are primarily stick models and often cordless, whereas vacuum cleaners can be either upright or canister style and they usually need to be plugged into an electrical outlet. Electric brooms are great for every day use on hard surface areas such as the kitchen or bathroom floors. Vacuum cleaners are better for carpeted areas, and clean more thoroughly than most electric brooms.
portable electric vacuum cleaner
All the electric motors/generators in your life. For instance: an electric egg-beater, the "alternator" and the starter in your car, vacuum cleaners.
The vacuum has an "Ether" with z=375 Ohms and it has electric and magnetic charge z=W/Q where W is the vacuum magnetic "charge" in Webers and Q is the Electric charge in Coulombs. Z is related to Planck's Constant h= WQ.Q= 4/3 E-18 Coulombs and W= 500 E-18 Webers. The electromagnetic wave "disturbs" the ether medium.
Modern bulbs are usually filled with a mixture of argon and nitrogen. More rarely, some bulbs are filled with pure argon, krypton or xenon. The earliest bulbs weren't filled with any gas, but had vacuum inside.
a manometer or vacuum gauge
"filled with nothing" ??? yes is the answer your looking for, but the bulbs we use today are optimized to work with whatever gases each company uses. Oxygen is the destroyer of fillaments (remember the old flash bulbs?)
Modern devices use integrated circuits instead of vacuum tubes because integrated circuits occupy less space than vacuum tubes, are more efficient, consumes less energy and are more reliable than vacuum tubes.

A standard tungsten-element light bulb, there is no gas under the glass, it is a vacuum.
the vacuums go back to the mid 1800s but they became electric in 1910 for the vacuum cleaner , 1931 for the electric guitar.

Electric brooms do not work the same way as a conventional broom, because you do not have to sweep oi. Instead it works more like a vacuum cleaner. So it makes it more convenient for the user
