If you carry a very large quantity of dry ice in a car with the windows rolled up, the CO2 gas that sublimes off the dry ice will displace all the oxygen and you'll suffocate. But a little dry ice and having the windows rolled down would be perfectly safe.
It is necessary a change phase of CO2 by sublimation.
ice is slippery and dry ice is not because ice dosent dry out when the sun hits it and dry ice does!

Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide (CO2). It is called dry ice because it does not melt when it heats up, it goes directly from solid to gas. It is NOT the same as ordinary ice, which is of course, solid water. Dry ice is much colder than ordinary ice.
Solidified Carbon Di Oxide is commonly known as dry ice. At temperature below -78.5oC, carbon di oxide converts into dry ice through sublimation.

Large grocers, some large ice cream stores and some companies that service carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. In most places you must be 18 to buy dry ice due to the hazards of it.
Ice can carry germs.
None. Dry ice is considered a hazardous material for air shipments for two reasons: when it sublimates, the carbon dioxide displaces air and can suffocate the people in the plane, including the crew; and an improperly ventilated container of dry ice can explode. The certification isn't hard to do, but it must be done for any size shipment of dry ice. Additionally, the International Air Transport Association does not allow dry ice shipments larger than 200 kilograms per parcel, and the airline must be informed ahead of time that you're shipping dry ice so they can be sure the vents on the airplane work.
