most likely timing is off or a bad valve
Why does my truck skip and pop on one side and blows black smoke??
why could there be black smoke coming out my 2000 calalier
If it is turbo diesel, then the turbo is blowen
The black smoke that a diesel engine blows out is fuel that is unburned. The black smoke can be caused from over-fueling, poor fuel quality, or dirty or worn fuel injectors.
Black smoke is a symptom of an overly rich fuel/air mixture.
it burns oil... ur rings might be bad or if its just when you first start than its ur o rings Black smoke indicates excessive fuel (flooding). Blue smoke indicates oil. White smoke indicates coolant.
Possibly bad glow plugs.
its called mainstream smoke
External or internal leak. If there is no apparent external leak and you see white smoke then you have a blown head gasket.
its still smoke.......wat do u mean
generally white smoke means water or antifreeze is entering the cylinder wich means either a blown head gasket or corrosion damage in head water jacket causing leak into cylinder
have a mechanic check your turbo.most will tell u that a turbo blows black smoke but can aslso blow white smoke when turbo is malfunctioning
