Why my 2002 town and country acheat blower stay on all the time even if acheat is off stay on as soon as i turn the engin on .Goes off if turn the engin off..?

THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTIOR IS FRIED. CHEAP CHINESE PART. WHEN IT BLOWS THE DEFAULTS IS FOR THE BLOWER MOTOR TO BE STOCK ON FULL-BETTER THAN NOT WORKING AT ALL. THE PART IS CHEAP$20-$25.00. THE INSTALL IS VERY HARD. LET THE DEALER DO IT.
