Had the same problem...the culprit was the FITV, just take the cap off the top and turn the plastic piece inside clockwise to tighten it down a bit. You can do this with the car running and it will stop immediately.

97 Accord LX Coupe the flasher itself is down by the drivers left foot. There's a bunch of fuses there, above that is a rectangular box and above that are three black boxes. They might all be relays but the blinker box top, closest toward the back of the car.

sorry but a Honda accord 97 is not a car that deserves a turbocharger, it ain't worth it ... just buy a 2010 BMW m3 and it comes with the turbocharger , instead of wasting you money on a turbocharger for a Japanese piece of crap engine
