You are absolutely normal and perfectly average for your age. You don't stop growing until about 20 ish so have more growth to come.
Growing hair is natural process of the human body which can start anytime of an individual's life although hair usually lessens or stops growing through aging/time. So I guess when a person is in their 40s or 50s. BUT it doesn't fully stop growing.
I depends on your hair growth genes and you get like a stubble more than individual hair
If it's not shaved in a long time before her or his last shaveing, the hair would be thicker and more faster at growing.
This is not true. More hair will give you thicker hair, but not longer.

add more hair to your bangs :)
Thick hair is determined by the density of the hair. The more dense the hair strand, the thicker the hair will be.
Brunettes have thicker hair than say blonds. So thicker hair appears like more hair, even though brunettes can have "fine" textured hair and it still look bigger. Just think of people from Indian cultures- they have more (thicker) hair than even African cultured peoples.
Millions. Usually. You have less hair if your hair is thinner, you have more hair if your hair is thicker.
Darker hair is not always thicker and courser than blonde hair. Some blond hair is also thick and course, especially if it has been chemically treated.
Some do make it seem like your hair is getting thicker, but really it makes your hair more fuller and teased. Some ointments can help the scalp.
