Growing hair is natural process of the human body which can start anytime of an individual's life although hair usually lessens or stops growing through aging/time. So I guess when a person is in their 40s or 50s. BUT it doesn't fully stop growing.

∙ 15y agoI am a 61 year old black female and am wondering why my pubic and underarm hair has stopped growing. The hair on my head grows, however very slowly. The only place hair grows fast in on my face.

∙ 11y agoTechnically nothing. But waxing helps reduce it. More expensive therapy is Laser treatment and electrolysis. PS only one thing can permanently stop hair from growing and that is a scar.

You are absolutely normal and perfectly average for your age. You don't stop growing until about 20 ish so have more growth to come.
