Why on 2000 Sierra Bottom Radiator hose is cold and the top is hot. what I mean by cold is like theres no water at all going to to the bottom hose is this Norm. the Truck don't over heat.?

This usually means you have a bad thermostat. But could be the water pumptoo, also your heater core could be plugged up. Change the thermostat first and see where that gets you, if still cold take the truck and have the cooling system flushed with the flushing machine.
