does your car have a sensor in the dash or anywhere else for automatic lights on and off, it looks like a small ball. it works off of the same principle as a night light, when it is dark enough it the lights will come on, and vice versa, so check to see if you have one or if there is any papers on the dash clean it off. if this does not work and you so have a sensor like the one I described, it is probably bad
These are projector headlights, not regular reflectors. you must polish the inner lenses as well-- these are the two spheres visible inside the headlights. open headlight case and polish away. Ajax followed by whitening toothpaste works.

The exterior lights do not have a relay. They are directly turned on by the headlight switch.
It is usually expressed the other way around. The electrical disconnect has to be within 20 feet and line of sight of the equipment you are working on.

Removal and Installation Remove the trim panel. Release the clip. Release the locating tabs. Remove the trim panel. Disconnect the exterior mirror control switch electrical connector. Disconnect the exterior mirror electrical connector. Release the clip. Release the electrical connector. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the exterior mirror. Remove the bolt. If equipped, remove the screw. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
the headlamp glass is a non serviceable item, you can not disassemble the plastic exterior from the headlamp module. if your exterior lens is foggy from uv discoloration you may find after market products to clean and restore the clear lens.
the light bulb on you dashboard means you have and exterior light out if it isn't you headlights blinkers....ect its probably just a short

If it is a swamp cooler no if it is a condensing unit then yes. In sight is described as being within 50 feet with clear visibility
