Generally it is because the sender has written so much that it has spanned over more than one text message. In this case, the first text message has been received properly, but the second hasn't - therefore showing up with "some text missing". Sometimes if you wait, the rest will come through. Other times I have found I have to ask the sender what the rest of the text message was.
i would have to say problably not because say your girlfriend texts and you send a message and then your friend texts so you text them back but right after your girlfriend texts again. to me i dont see any problem but it might be different for everyone.
If he has stopped texting you, I would text him. Just say a causal hey. You are not pushy by starting a conversation. If he does not text you back, than I would end not text him until he texts you first. If you still want him to text you, say causally at school that he never texts you. Hopefully, he won't take that as "pushy."
No, girls LOVE it when you text them first. But do not say something like Sup, or short one word texts. Make it more interesting by sending longer texts.
Just say, "oops, wrong number, sorry!"
A good excuse would be that your text messaging is out. You could say that you have lots of free minutes you want to use and no free texts left. You could say that your texts are monitored. You could simply say that you prefer to hear a voice because it's easier to trust.
Say EXACTALLY this "why thank u ;)"
well with some phones, people that get texts can also sometimes find out who texts them so that person could end up texting you back and when they do they could say rude things or constantly annoy you which is called cyber bullying.
It is a sign that since he is afraid to say I love you he wants to do it on text to be more confident and a little less shy.

You can not read old text messages once they are deleted from your phone. You can sign into Verizonwireless.com/myverizon and see the numbers the texts were sent to and received from for the current month but this is not available for past months and you can not see what any of the texts say.
Yes, you can reply or send texts using your voice. From the home screen, you can also use Google Now to dictate for you. Example would be "OK, Google (pause) text Bob". It will then ask what would you like to text, and again you can say it by voice.
The text is telling Phil that Bella was okay, since Renee persuaded Phil to stay in Florida
