Why people do not do exercise?

Some people don't have time. Some people work all the time. And when they come home, they sleep. My mom works from 9AM to 10PM, 6 days a week. & When she is off, she has to pay bills, clean the house, get her car checked. All this other crap.

There are 2 main reasons why people don't exercise:

1.) They are physically disabled and unable to.

2.) They're lazy/lack motivation/make excuses why they can't.

The lack of self-discipline causes people to be lazy, and the "excuse-makers" usually have poor time management.

Being "busy" is not an excuse; everyone is busy but most choose to be "busy" in an unproductive way (watching TV. or playing Video Games).

There are some exceptions to being legitimately busy, but this should only be temporary (having children or a majorunexpected event).
