If you mean, why does there seem to be more mythology about Obama than other Presidents, here are my thoughts: racism; unusual childhood (at least for a president); odd name for an American, especially "Hussein"; lack of national recognition prior to campaign for President.

Also, since 95% of political Talk Shows on radio and about 75% on TV are hosted by Republican conservatives, the dominant discourses in the culture would be spread by people who are anti-Obama. They dislike him because he is a Democrat and they also dislike him because they perceive him as a "liberal" (which for them, means he is 100% wrong all the time).
