Its a muffler that isn't stock on your vehicle and usually not a factory brand replacement.

To change the muffler or exhaust in a Chevy Venture, jack up the vehicle and locate the muffler. Spray penetrating oil on the nuts and loosen muffler clamps. Replace with new.
Usually need to have a new one welded on if its a stock replacement. Aftermarket hangers are clamp style and just need to screwed/bolted to the frame.
