This is a subject as well as World War 1 need to be emphasised to be able to at least try to understand our present position in the Middle East conflict as well as other global and domestic topics. Not only are there endless stories of the absolute evils of the human nature given ample account of but also of man`s boundless compassion and goodness as well. Many of the technologies that came out of ww2 are still being exploited to this day. Everything from antibiotics, jet aircraft, radar, computers, nuclear power are all examples of ww2 technologies. There is also another important (from my perspective) item as well ,but it is 2 fold. First,I as high school student learned only of the western (Great Britian,U.S.,French...) powers side ,but later find that anwhere from 7to9 out of 10 German soldiers killed in combat it happened in the eastern theatre(Great Patriotic War for our Russian folks). Second, during my senior year in high school I was told by 1 our foreign exchange students from Japan how little they know of it as well. Basically it only covers from 1943 to the nukes in august of`45 .The bombings of course represent the majority of the subject though. nomention of them invading China, S.E. Asia, none of the stuff that we as U.S. students came to be familiar with. In closing I was interested as youth but now in my mid 30`s I`m fascinated at this time period. There`s no other time in our present history that so much happened so fast.

Students should wear school uniforms because it promotes a sense of equality among students by removing visible markers of social class. Uniforms also help to create a sense of belonging and school pride, as well as reducing distractions related to fashion or attire choices. Additionally, uniforms can improve safety and security by easily identifying students on campus.
