  • Any kind of fruit - don't add a lot of sugar to it, though!
  • Any vegetables
  • Whole wheat bread, bran, or other whole-grain cereal products
  • Boiled or poached eggs - fried eggs have too much grease and fat to be healthy!
  • Scrambled eggs IF you scramble them with a low-fat product like spray cooking oil
  • Veggie bacon or sausage - meat bacon and sausage is greasy and too fatty!
  • Milk and dairy products
  • Hot cereals such as porridge, grits, oatmeal - IF you don't load them up with fatty butter or fattening sugar!
  • NON-sugary or LOW-sugar cold cereals - the sugary ones wear off way before lunch, and they are too fattening!

Well, a healthy breakfast to me would be a bowl of cereal to start the day also if you want have a sugar free drink. For lunch a salad, sandwich, soup or even beans, and of course a sugar free dessert. For dinner something like potatoes with vegetables and a healthy dessert (no pudding, cheesecake, ice cream, or anything full of sugar).

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, EAT VEGETABLES AND FRUIT, AND GET PLENTY OF EXERCISE.
