Everyday Everyday
Kids shouldn't have PE everyday because of dehydration. Their bodies are still growing and forming, and they may not know how to take proper care of themselves. Dehydration can be caused by too much exercise, along with too little, or no water. Once or twice a week is fine, but ever day is too much.
Yes it should be required. Kids are not getting enough excersise on there own.
Kids should consume 2,000 calories everyday, but if they are athletic and like to exercise a lot, then they should consume 2,500 calories everyday.

This is just my opinion but schools should have PE because it teaches kids you to be active and healthy and I know is let's kids let off steam wich is good for teachers because they don't wand rilled up students.
Having Physical Education (PE) everyday in schools can be beneficial for students' overall health and well-being. It helps improve physical fitness, teaches important skills like teamwork and sportsmanship, and can enhance academic performance by increasing focus and reducing stress. However, the logistics and scheduling of daily PE classes may be challenging for schools to implement.

Overall, kids should exercise everyday for at least an hour to stay healthy and avoid issues such as obesity. Some exercises that kids can do are walk, jog, bike, swim, and many more. You should try and have kids do these activities to avoid the issues and to lead your kids to a healthy life style.
