1. You get a better looking body.

2. You burn off fat.

3. You acquire more muscles to help at work, around the house, or to just show off.

4. It gives you something to do to keep yourself occupied.

5. It can help you with stress.
Regular exercise plays important role in maintaining good health. It does so in several ways. It makes our bones stronger and prevents from osteoporosis. It reduces weight and decreases bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol in our body and therefore reduces risk of high blood pressure, Heart diseases, strokes etc.
