Yes they can as long as an adequate food source is available. This is typically from media with animal serum (ex. bovine). Also an antibiotic is usually added to ensure cell defense. Media will have to be changed routinely.
Any bacteria with right nutrient in vitro can be cultured. This method is very useful when carrying out any experiment. As long as nutrient medium is maintained bacteria will grow with no problems in a petri dish.
I did a science project on "Is a dog's mouth cleaner than a human's?" and it's not true. Even though our hypothesis stated that dog's mouths are cleaner because they have bacteria-cleaning enzymes in their saliva, it's not true. As to the question, you can pretty much put the petri dish anywhere, as long as it's not in the sun. That'll fry the bacteria. Cool places are best. Heat won't do you any good, but I wouldn't recommend you put it in the freezer. That's too cold. Just cool is what you want. Good luck. a dogs mouth is actually cleaner than a humans.......I've tested it myself!
I think glass containers work best - less chance of off odors and they can be sterilized more easily. Fresh squeezed OJ is only good for a few days.

I believe it is okay, I've worked at a cafe before and washed dishes. As long as you clean the gloves PRECISELY with care then the clean dishes should not be affected.
As long as the dish isn't chipped or showing lead, it should be just fine. Apilco dishes are of superior quality, even the vintage dishes.
yes! you can as long as it has been properly sterilized.
The wash water temperature in a dishwasher should be 140oF to 160oF to avoid baking the food on the dishes. The rinse water needs to be 82oC (180oF) for 60 seconds.

As long as the dish is dishwasher safe it can be put in the dishwasher with other dishes. On the bottom on the pet dish, look for a marking stating if it is or not.
Casserole carriers can be used with any kind of dish, as long as it fits in the carrier. They are used as an insulator, to keep hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold.

Minimum dishes cooked is 160 degrees Fahrenheit, not sure about the wok station.
It depends on your wants as well as your budget. An energy-saver will save you money washing dishes in the long run - especially if you are running the dishwasher every day.
