I think the best thing is to eat healthy, balance diet and do exercise. Red meat should not be eaten excessively and food like fish and vegetables be included in your diet.

Pomegranates are high in antioxidants as are other fruits and vegetables and should be included in your diet. I myself am a 2x breast cancer survivor for 10 years and have changed my diet to include more fruits and vegetables, also I drink pomegranate juice. These are simple changes and do wonders.
