Turn only after there is no danger from oncoming vehicles
Highway traffic ALWAYS has right of way to vehicles on any On Ramp, even when the On Ramp is full. Vehicles entering from the On Ramp cannot interrupt the right of way of highway traffic.Highway traffic should, IF safe to do so, move to the left when vehicles are approaching from an On Ramp--- BUT, highway traffic does NOT have to move over to allow incoming cars to merge from an On Ramp.
If you have an acceleration lane you should accelerate to the flow of traffic and merge into traffic.
slow moving vehicles being followed by a line of five or more vehicles waiting to pass
For older vehicles, 10W30 or 10W40 should be used in a hot climate. A lighter viscosity oil, such as 5W30, should be used in newer vehicles.?æ
Not required. Just leave it in drive.
Not on most vehicles. You might have to pull the radiator on a big V-8, but it should not be necessary to pull the engine.
A pedestrian must follow the same traffic signals as those in vehicles. Pedestrians have the right of way; however should always be aware of vehicles around them.
3 ft should be all you need, just look out for doors opening into traffic.
It's not quite clear if the question is about riding an animal in an arena, or a bike or car. If you are driving a vehicle, then either you, or other vehicles have the right of way in particular situations. If you are waiting to turn across opposing traffic, you should be signaling your intentions, waiting in the center lane adjacent to your turning destination, because you do NOT have right of way to turn in front of other traffic.
This is purely an opinion question. It's like asking which supermarket checkout line you should choose. You can choose any traffic lane you wish so long as it is not a marked HOV lane.
Use your indicator signal to advise vehicles on the expressway that you intend to merge. Match your speed with the vehicles in the slow lane, find a gap in the traffic and enter the slow lane.
