Why should you care whether or not gay people should be allowed to adopt?
Given that there are no valid reasons why they shouldn't adopt, it's really not something to care about unless you're the adoptive family.
I don't think that lesbians should adopt children because their children might think it is right to be gay or lesbian. Homosexuality is very wrong and should never be done but people make choices and they will have to face GOD for their actions its up to them whether gay people adopt children and its up to them to whether they love the same sex i wouldn't advise it but people make different decisions…
Is it safe to adopt a puppy who had anaesthesia severe complications or should you move on to another puppy?
It depends on the state; my assumption is that if the state recognizes your union, there's a good chance that you can adopt, but I don't have any solid info to back that up. I have heard of people in Florida (where gay marriage isn't recognized) where one partner jointly adopted the biological child of their partner. Whether this is allowed seems to vary from county to county (or even from judge to judge).
I strongly believe that single, therefore being women or men, should be allowed to adopt a child. Many people say that a single person can't deal with the stress and pressure, well that's all a bunch of crap because I am a single mother of two, have never had any support, however I have made time to be with my children ,as well as placed them in private schools. Yes, Indeed i work 50 hours…
You would like to adopt a 30 year old man and his 9 year old son who are Brazilian citizens Is that allowed in the US?
If your birth father allowed your stepfather to adopt you do you have rights to your birth fathers estate?
A few states permit minors to adopt only under specific circumstances. If the minor is the spouse of an adult who is trying to adopt, then the minor may be allowed to adopt as well because states usually require both spouses to adopt together. You need to check the laws in your particular jurisdiction.
