First off. You should NOT be drinking hydrochloric acid. Second, hydrochloric acid added to another acid is just that, more acid.

Stomach Acid is Hydrochloric Acid mixed with other substances. The pH of hydrochloric acid is pH = 1. So it is a lot more acidic than a soda drink. Heaven forbid, but when you vomit, that horrible burning sensation is the hydrochloric acid from your stomach, refluxing into your throat/mouth.
