Some people feel that teenagers make a lot of 'silly' mistakes, which if anything is understandable really, I mean they're given more responsibility than they've ever had in their lives, in years when they're going through both physical and mental changes; almost completely unaware of who they are and what they want.

Our society has a very serious problem with the idea of a 'mistake', the teenaged years are years in which mistakes should be made and learned from. If these mistakes are dating-related then so be it.

Some people feel that the gravity of dating mistakes (i.e pregnancy or potential mental health issues), render these mistakes too serious to make during a time in your life when chemically you're more prone to risk taking.

Something which I would undoubtedly agree with if I wasn't aware that most teenagers are mature enough to make the right decisions in everyday 'dating' circumstances. I'd like to remind everyone reading this that teenagers aren't dangerous, fear of our youth is dangerous.
