I generally have a list pre-populated qualities that I feel are my best qualities to a prospective employer. For example, responsible, reliable, educated, experienced, leader in the community, detail orientated, and organized. For you, the list might be a little different, but you definitely do not want to list any negative qualities and you want to be confident and have the list at the tip of your tongue so you seem genuine.
