Sir Syed Ahmed Khan was famous for many things he removed the misunderstanding between Muslims and the British. He encouraged the Muslims for the study of modern science and English. On 24th May 1875 he found the Muhammadan Anglo-Oriental School in Aligarh on the pattern of English public school system. He also increased political awareness amongst the Muslims.
