Because when the credit card bill comes through you will remember buying it? Also, my favourite solution to this problem is to buy something hideously awful (such as a large sculpture of a penis, in the form of a water feature) and give that. That way you will never forget buying it. It also helps sift the girls/guys that are gonna stick with you, from the ones that aren't. Acey~Nz

If you don't have space to store it, it is a waste of money. If the time it takes to use it is an extended period of time such that the money you had to use could have made money in an interest-bearing account, it is a waste of money. Other than that, buying in bulk is generally a good idea.
