Tesco has an internal initiative called the 'asian network'
The 'network' which is official tries to recruit as many Asian as possible.
Check it out for yourself. Type in the words 'tesco asian network'
This is the reason why the floor staff are also largely Asian especially in the petrol stations.
As for the security guards they tend to be black in general, though I dont why this is.
