Why the alphabets arranged in the computer in a perticular arrangement?

i assume you mean the keyboard. the reason was WAAAAAAAY back when they had type writers, the little hammer thing would swing out and hit an ink tape, causing the letter to be typed on the paper. if you went slow there would be no problem with the little hammers doing there job with the keyboard in alphabetical order, however when typing with any speed the hammers of the commonly used letters next to each other would hit each other and lock up. to fix this problem the keys which were commonly used were spaced out to allow more space for the hammers to go back in to place with out locking up. as time progressed and these hammers became unused no one wanted to change the keyboard because so many people had already gotten so used to using the configuration, and in addition it allows for both hands to be about equally used making typing quicker, easer. thus we are stuck with this seemingly random placed keyboard.
