because there are 5 reasons and flaws in our own laws 1- they wont end friviouless lawsuits that stop small biz or large biz from even starting - and they want to hire not nessacerly out of quality - responcibility - customer service - reliability - accountability - and out of qualification - this doesant include frivioless lawsuits that shut companys down large and small - and doesant even include employee health insurance that is folding the rest of them still barly alive 2 how can we trust a system were prisoners are at a cost of 70,000 a year not counting parole or probation or court cost and the violent ones are let out only to do it again and go back in - why dont we use bullets and execute within a year or less on really violent ones that we know already with evidence at hand ? then you have people having more kids to collect more welfare and alot of the kids steal - vandalize - rob - burglary - homeinvasions or worse - gangs - thugs - drugs - and no this isant racial crime is crime any race any color - so no race card here - this applys to all - this is more of a popularity vote in all directions instead of tackling issues at hand - oh yeah a border fence all across the whole south states would tremendiously help too - and my other concern is i dont think its fair that double jepordy taxes are so much taken advantage of - it ruins it for the people and kids that really try -
