About every 70,000 miles.
As per the handbook that comes standard with every vehicle ever made the gas tank on a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country (any model) is 18.5 gallons. Actually according to my 2005 Chrysler Town & Country owner's manual the capacity is 20 gallons.
You have it checked at every oil change and replace it when dirty.
Every 60-70,000 miles with ATF+4 transmission fluid.
My 2008 Chrysler Town and Country does not have a cabin filter. The owners manual said it did and should be changed every 30,000 miles and showed it behind the lower glove box but it was not there. It was not designed to have one but other 2008 versions may have one.
You can contact a General Manager of Chrysler via email. For every Chrysler plant there is a General Manager so contact details are specific to each one.
