Firstly, I would like to say that a balanced diet is very important in everyone’s life.
I think its not bad to be a vegetarian, yes but everyone has the right to choose what they want to eat.
I have seen a lot of vegetarians who have poor body health, like High cholesterol, high blood pressure, lack of calcium and along with this many other health problems.
The main reason behind this is that they do not take care of their health and body by changing their diet.
I also believe that meat is necessary in our diet because it provides protein which is necessary for our body growth and also helps in maintaining normal body weight.
In general, a balanced and healthy diet includes all the nutrients we need regardless of our dietary preferences.
A vegetarian CAN have a balanced diet but to do so they need to ensure that some of the vegetables they eat contain the proteans they need.
