Anne Boleyn married King Henry VIII, not Henry VII. She refused to become his mistress. She was smart enough to know that mistresses were temporary and she wanted to be his lawful wife and queen. She did capitulate when he agreed to divorce his first queen (Catherine of Aragon). As it turned out she was pregnant (with Elizabeth) when she and Henry married.

Arthur was Henry VIII older brother, who was married to Catherine of Aragon, but Arthur died not long after they wed, and the marriage was said not to have been consumated. Henry then married Catherine once he became King.
