The best thing to do is have a dealer or collector look at the coin, is sounds like a coin that has been put between two other coins and pressed together causing the images on the coin in the middle especially if any lettering is backwards

First put the penny in your hand then put both elbows behind your head stick the penny your arm keep your elbow folded then show the people your fingers and your mouth then put your thumb in your mouth and fling your thumb out and there you go

Buy new tires when the tread depth gets to be 2 millimeters or less. Actually 2/32 of an inch, easy way to tell is to get a penny stick it in so that the top of Abe lincolns head is facing down into the tire. If the tread comes up to his head, your still ok.
