Zeus was considered a better leader than Kronus/Cronus/Kronos because Zeus is not selfish about his powers and his leadership. He seeked the help of his siblings so that he can defeat Kronos and he is a very good thinker.

ZEUS cut KRONUS and three drops of blood fell, one fell on the ocean suddenly a women appeared in the ocean, the most beautiful thing of all, the goddess of love... APHRODITE the other three blood drop formed... well if you ask me that question ill answer it ;)
