Because orbiters must slow down enough to enter orbit around a planet. This requires either very slow initial speeds with long transit times, or a large amount of fuel to slow down upon reaching the planet.
Voyager 2
The exploration of Neptune was only a fly-by of the Voyager 2 on August 25, 1989. Neptune is a gas giant without a solid surface, hence, a surface mission such as a lander or rover is impossible.
Martin Marietta was the principal contractor. The project was managed from Langley, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), in Pasadena, Calif., was responsible for the orbiters and would later manage the science mission.
As of now, no spacecraft or satellites have been sent to Uranus. However, there have been missions that have conducted flybys of Uranus, such as Voyager 2 which passed by the planet in 1986, providing valuable data and images. There is a proposed mission called Uranus Pathfinder that aims to send a dedicated orbiter to Uranus in the future, but no specific year has been set yet.
So var, the only spacecraft to visit the planet Uranus was the Voyager 2 mission. It made a fairly close pass by Uranus on January 24, 2986.

Some people who were involved in the Voyager 1 mission are-Ed Stone (project scientist who observed voyager 1 and assisted with thebuild/design)-Alan Cummings (co-supervisor/investigator)
The Voyager 2 spacecraft.
The voyager (space probe) was specially fitted for its mission because it was very good at taking pictures and helped a lot . It was very useful.

Economics is the main reason space shuttle orbiter vehicles land at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) landing facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida following each mission in space.Millions of dollars are saved each time the orbiters can land at the same facility where they will be processed for their next mission as opposed to landing at a facility from where the orbiters would have to be transported back to KSC to be prepared for the next mission.

Very doubtful, NASA has no official plans for a Voyager 3 mission so far, and I doubt they ever will. If they ever do launch Voyager 3, it won't be for a while.
The voyager 1 and 2 first saw the outer planets.
Voyager 2 is the only mission to have visited Uranus.
Voyager 2 is the only space mission to fly past Uranus.
