NO it wasnt that long it was about 10-15 years when world war 2 started AFTER world on 1 . :)
after thousand years, the world will be totally different.it will be improved with science and technology.robotics will be chosen by all the people.robot will be used in all fields instead of human beings.though the technology is improved, the climatic conditions will differ.it will be too hotter, because of global warming and the sea level rises.the people depend upon only sea foods.there will be tall buildings seen but we cannot see any trees and there is no soil only a little can be see.solar energy will be the energy source because it is renewable and everlasting.people will look for space travel. we will be living in more artificial environment.there will be tours for often.though we are living in more improved environment,it will not be like olden days
It would depend on the years being referred to but they would have experienced the medieval warming period but since they were extinct by 1820 they did not experience the little ice age. Either way they lived in todays Newfoundland, not the warmest part of the East coast.
The greatest problem that the Jamestown settler' had to face in the early years of settlement is disease and starvation.
1000 years ago there was no global warming, just the normal warming of the earth by the sun. Global warming started when we discovered fossil fuels and started burning them seriously, at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, about 250 years ago. This burning released age-old carbon dioxide that had been hidden underground for 300 million years. Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas, so extra gas in the atmosphere captures more heat, and this is global warming.
The main problem about global warming and pandas is that it might ruin panda habitats. The main food source for pandas is bamboo and the problem is that bamboo can only evolve to the climate every 30-35 years. Since global warming is happening so quickly, the bamboo might not have a chance to adapt and pandas will run out of food.
We only seriously began burning fossil fuels around 200 years ago, when the Industrial Revolution began. This releases carbon dioxide that has been hidden away for 300 million years, and this was the trigger for global warming.
it has a chance of flooding in the next 50 years according to recent research on global warming.
Global warming is the name given to the recent (over 200 years) gradual increase in the temperature of Earth's atmosphere.
No, global warming has been rising steadily since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. Most of the warming has taken place in the last 80 years, but there is no bounce.
Global warming is happening and the earth is not cooling. It is warming. 2010 and 2005 tied as being the two hottest years on record, and the ten hottest years since 1800 have all been in the past fifteen years.
Stratosphere is affected by global warming. Ozone layer is depleting day by day.
Yes, the ten hottest years on record have all occurred since 1998.
Yes, global warming is anthropogenic, which means 'caused by human activity'. Humans began burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) at the start of the Industrial Revolution, 200 years ago. Over the years this has added billions of tonnes of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere, and is the main cause of global warming.
If global cooling means the gradual cooling into an Ice Age, then that has happened in the past and it has taken thousands of years to happen. The present global warming has all happened far faster, in less than 200 years, and is threatening all life on the planet if we can't stop it. Global warming is by far the more dangerous situation.
It may have but if you look up Global warming you might find lots of things about,Global Warm
