Porifera is a species in ocean that supports many other organisms to flourish. in fact there are living organisms that cannot live without them. For example, a kind of sea grass grows on the bed made of these sponges so that it is placed higher and gets enough sunlight. In return , the seagrass meadow does not allow starfished to feed on the sponges. And there are many species of shrimps whoes home are these sponges.
