If by "prosecuted", the word meant was "persecuted", please see the Related Question below.
Jews have historically been prosecuted in courts to a greater degree than their population would account for due to blood libels, blasphemies, failure to pay unreasonable "Jewish" taxes imposed by non-Jewish States, and numerous other such events. These prosecutions were all Anti-Semitic in nature and not based on any fundamental legal principles that are respected today. Jews were only prosecuted by the State for crimes in the Modern Era since the Jewish Kahals (the Board of Directors of the Jewish Ghettos and towns) would usually have the autonomy to punish for normal crimes among Jews in the pre-Modern period (Medieval etc.)
Jews were not prosecuted by Nazis; they were persecuted by Nazis. The difference is that one is legally justified action that results in a neutral court case and the latter is intentional targeting and attacks.
See the related question below as to why Nazis persecuted Jews.
It would only be those Germans who did not consider themselves as Jewish who would be prosecuted, they would have to prove that they were not Jewish, but lived as gentiles. Jews were generally not prosecuted as they were not given the luxury of a trial
Ancient Egyptians used Jews as slaves and when the Jewish population outnumbered the Egyptian, all the Jewish babies were killed. The Jews were exploited for hard labor and they have been prosecuted throughout history. Moses led the Jews out of Egypt to the promise land.

they don't. probably a minority do. I know some black jewish people. There are some Blacks who hate Jews, usually as a result of the teachings of Nation of Islam (which is a distinct religion from Sunni or Shiite Islam) or because of the teachings of certain sects of Baptist Christianity. Both of these particular religions teach that Jews are demonic. Other Blacks who hate Jews come from Black Israelite Churches who see Jews as imposters and themselves as the Twelve Tribes of Israel. Finally, some Blacks associate Jews with the White Elite in the United States and other countries that have traditionally kept Blacks in a position of inferiority. While there certainly were Jews in support of racist institutions, Jews have supported African-Americans through the Civil Rights Movement and have actively worked together with African-American communities as a fellow minority in America.

Since Adolf Hitler, leader of the Nazi's, wanted to create the perfect race, he had to do so, other wise the prosecuted would have survived and rebelled. I would also like to add that not only were the Jews prosecuted, but others as well. Such groups include Jehova's Witnesses, homosexuals, and anyone who didn't live up to the Nazi standards. (Blue or green eyes, blonde hair, not sick, both mentally and physically).
If they didn't follow Nazi's instruction they would be prosecuted.
