it was the way the map was drawn. It worked out conveniently as the non-workers, those considered too old or disabled were in the 'small ghetto' and it was cleared first.
The Warsaw Ghetto was established between October to November 1940. This ghetto would be the first uprising during World War Two with the 1943 Warsaw Uprising.
not many, there were not soldiers in the ghetto, unless they were sent on a task. There were Nazi guards on the gates, so it will be about a gross or two.
they did not publish the results of the ping-pong match between the two, so we will never know. in order to answer your question sensibly one needs to know under which criteria you want to judge the suffering of hundreds of thousands of people.
Chelmno - because only two people survived from the camp. Auschwitz - was the largest camp (group) and produced the most victims. Treblinka - the busiest of the 'Action Reinhardt' camps and the one that most of the Warsaw ghetto would meet their end in.

Unfortunately, never. Well over a year before the Soviet Army entered Warsaw, the ghetto had been dissolved. Nearly all those inhabitants who had not died of starvation and/or disease had been sent to extermination camps (mainly Treblinka) and gassed. The Nazis then established an ordinary concentration camp on the site. Please see the related questions.
