All mind games which at one point in time you initiated by acting like you need him more than he needs you which is why your feelings "don't matter". You have shown him that you care more for your relationship than he does and he feels no obligation to show true loving feelings and concerns as he should.
Has too much irrepairable damage been done to your relationship??, maybe. Pull away for a couple of weeks and after that time if he is still interested then theres hope and if hes not then he wasn't worth it anyway.
