Just eat healthy and exercise thirty minutes a day three times a week. You don't need to be concerned about a slim waist and big hips at age eleven. Don't try to fit into the sterotype, you could hurt yourself in the long run. I am 11 and I have a amall waist and big hips and, im not happy. I am the first one out of the whole grade too have big hips,and I dont like it. I would do anything for smaller (and less wider hips).

It probably is challenging and tiring at first, but you get used to it.
Basically an issue with athlete's hips where they will hurt or feel stiff, and will need to pop. Sometimes, the pain will come after the pop. They pop multiple times in a day, and some days are worse then others. It's a real thing, I have it.
I do not think it can "hurt" you exactly, but it is very very unhealthy to eat everyday.

Getting a septum peircing doesn't hurt at all. I have it done and I honestly didn't feel a thing. Though it did bother me the next day, but I think all peircings will hurt the day afterward. Mostly everyone I know who has a septum said it didn't hurt. Though some are not good with pain like others.
